Online Entry
All entries must have payment on file with the show secretary before acknowledgements, back numbers, and stalling arrangements are given.
Payment must be postmarked by the entry closing date of the show.
All proper paperwork for horses and riders must accompany them to the show, including copies of Coggins, health certificates, vaccination records, etc. Please do not mail hard copies.
Sponsorship & Stabling Forms must be mailed or emailed directly.
Acknowledgements will be emailed to the owner and trainer within a week of the horse show.
Entry Fee Summary
- Office Fee – $30 per horse
- AHA Fees – $12 per horse
- Stall – $90 each
- Open Class Fee – $10
- AHA Class Fee – $20
- Sport Horse Class Fee – $25
- Dressage/Western Dressage Class Fee – $30
- Incomplete Entry Fee (membership missing, wrong numbers, etc.): $25 per horse
- Shavings – $9 per bag (2 minimum required)
- Early Arrival or Late Departure – $20 per stall per day
- Camping – $30 per night
- Class Sponsorship – $15 or 3 for $40
- AHA Single Event Membership – Pay Online
