Stabling Request Form
All entries must have payment on file with the show secretary before acknowledgements, back numbers, and stalling arrangements are given.
Payment for all stalls must be postmarked by the entry closing date of the show.
This form must accompany your entry. Entries to be stabled together should all accompany this form.
If you cannot include all entries in paper form in one envelope, please submit ONE stabling form online.
Stalls available at 8 AM on Friday, April 25. The Illinois State Fairground rule prohibits horses arriving between MIDNIGHT and 8:00 AM. Horses (weanling or older) MUST pay stall fees. All horses & equipment must be removed from the fairgrounds by noon Monday, April 28. Arrangements for early arrival and late departure must be made with the show manager. There is a $25 charge per day per stall for early arrival and late departure.
NO STALLS RESERVED WITHOUT PAYMENT. Stalls are mandatory for all horses. All 10’ x 10’ stalls have doors and are under cover. Aisles are to be kept clear at all times and are not to be blocked with stall curtains. NO STRAW ALLOWED AT THE SHOW! Shavings available for purchase at the show. All stall assignments will be made by the Show Management. No changes in stabling permitted without Show Management’s permission.
