WAHA Stabling Request Form
All entries must have payment on file with the show secretary before acknowledgements, back numbers, and stalling arrangements are given.
Payment for all stalls must be postmarked by the entry closing date of the show.
This form must accompany your entry. Entries to be stabled together should all accompany this form.
If you cannot include all entries in paper form in one envelope, please submit ONE stabling form online.
Stalls will be available Friday 05/02/2025 at noon.
No early arrival permitted.
If you are reserving stalls for clients, please indicate the number (all horses require a stall) of stalls reserved and the name of the clients. Please continue list of clients on additional sheet of paper if necessary. Entries and stall requests should be mailed together if they are to be stalled together.
Bedding is available on a cash basis from the bedding supplier during the show. No grain will be for sale. Stalls reserved for clients may not be resold. Only show management may sell stalls. Only show management may sell stalls. Show management reserves the right to limit and/or reassign tack stalls for needed horse stalls. Premium stalls will be assigned on a first come, first served basis with priority choice given to show patrons. A limited number of premium stalls are available, and it may be necessary to assign stalls based on number available and number of stalls required for a group.
